As a senior sales associate i have the responsibility of attending customers and to provide prompt service.I also have to arrange and display the store and stock which are arrived on timely basis
I am also guiding and motivating the junior staff regarding the job and also ensures team effort to achieve the target set by the management. Some of my other job responsibilities are as follows:
1) To explain the specifications of the fitness equipment's in appropriate manner to the customer and also to ensure that, all the safety instructions are properly instructed to the customers.
2) To deliver the purchased equipment's to the customers residence without any damage and breakage.
3) To install the equipment's and explain the operational procedures to the customers in the most prominent manner.
4) To make customer sign the delivery note and produce it to the store, whenever there is a delivery.
In this job role, I had the responsibility to deliver prompt service to the customers and also to display the merchandise according to visual presentation guide.I have to bill and collect payments through card and cash transactions from the customers.
I also have the responsibility to make arrangements for stock transfer to various locations and also to arrange and refill the stock received on daily basis.
Sales entries, Ledger Posting, Verifying Bills and Receipts, Monitoring Stock Levels, Reporting to Senior Accountant etc
I Have completed Masters Degree in Business Administration for 2 years in Marketing and Finance from a reputed university and also done projects from reputed companies. I have also visited many companies and acquired knowledge about the functioning and management procedures regarding the overall management of the companies and got advice and guidance from high level management experts. I have also participated in management meets of various colleges and got great privileges from great management thinkers.
