Supervise subordinates in all operational aspects of the mall including grounds,
structures, systems and equipment including electrical, HVAC and other
mechanical systems, interior and exterior landscaping, capital expenditure
projects, promotional events, and monitoring of tenants to ensure that they
adhere to center Operational guidelines.
➢ Assist subordinates in developing, implementing, and reviewing results of
maintenance programs.
➢ Inspect property on a daily basis and notifies responsible parties the deficiencies
or items requiring attention. In addition, prepare the Operational Review
Checklist on a monthly basis in accordance with Mall Policy and Procedure.
➢ Assure the maintenance and record keeping of operational equipment according
to recommended preventative maintenance schedules.
➢ Identify opportunities for greater efficiency and productivity; researches and
implement alternative actions as appropriate.
➢ Cooperate with security to assure that all applicable codes and regulations are
adhered to on the premises.
➢ Ensure that corrective action is taken as necessary upon the advice of insurance
carrier inspectors, or management to improve the safety features and programs of the center with the ultimate objective of reducing liability exposure.
➢ Ensure that administrative reports, paperwork, and requests are completed and submitted in timely and accurate manner.

Administrative tasks including Admin and Cash office.
Communicating with head office on Daily basis.
Preparing daily and weekely report on Sales, Comparision on planned and achieved results.
Supporting Sales and Management Team for smooth functioning of the Store.
Cordinating with HR Team on employee related issues, Sending monthly Payroll, employee transfers etc.
Fixing and Maintaing POS related issues and cordinating with IT Team for resolving issues.

Store Opening, Processing Payments from Customer, Customer Service, Receiving Stocks, Achieving KPI’s, Communicating with Operation Manager etc

As a senior sales associate i have the responsibility of attending customers and to provide prompt service.I also have to arrange and display the store and stock which are arrived on timely basis
I am also guiding and motivating the junior staff regarding the job and also ensures team effort to achieve the target set by the management. Some of my other job responsibilities are as follows:
1) To explain the specifications of the fitness equipment's in appropriate manner to the customer and also to ensure that, all the safety instructions are properly instructed to the customers.

2) To deliver the purchased equipment's to the customers residence without any damage and breakage.

3) To install the equipment's and explain the operational procedures to the customers in the most prominent manner.

4) To make customer sign the delivery note and produce it to the store, whenever there is a delivery.

In this job role, I had the responsibility to deliver prompt service to the customers and also to display the merchandise according to visual presentation guide.I have to bill and collect payments through card and cash transactions from the customers.
I also have the responsibility to make arrangements for stock transfer to various locations and also to arrange and refill the stock received on daily basis.

Sales entries, Ledger Posting, Verifying Bills and Receipts, Monitoring Stock Levels, Reporting to Senior Accountant etc
