Provides technical as well as quality related support for on-going problem solving activities.
Arranging training program for manufacturing staffs on Basic food hygiene, ISO 22000:2018, HACCP
Verify all quality records with respect to ISO 22000:2018 and HACCP.
Verify Internal Food Hygiene & Safety.
Verify GHP & GMP in production floor.
Verifying files related to CCP, hygiene, general cleanliness and sanitization of machines, food handling utensils, factory,
store, production area and vehicle.
Verifying records of CCP’s, production line and packaging.
Verifying daily, weekly and monthly Plant monitoring checklists and to ensure the health and safety in the factory.
Time to time verification and updating of workers occupational health cards from Dubai Municipality.
Microbiological and Organoleptic analysis of products and making trend data of products.
To maintain and manage the laboratory for testing and verification of different parameters or standards related to raw
material and finished product & maintaining sampling record of samples forwarded to internal & external lab.
Preparing sampling plans for various products.
Preparing feedback reports for new samples.
Shelf life study for various newly developed products.
Root cause analysis for any non-conformity.
Maintaining and setting up documentation and control procedures according to Food Safety standards.
Quality controller, documentation, GMP and GHP, hygiene check, laboratory technician
