Maintenance and installation includes all type of chillers and other cooling systems.
Involved in both hard services &HVAC Asset including chiller maintenance
Involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, particularly in relation
to buildings and premises.
Engaged in building and grounds maintenance, space management, utilities and
communications infrastructure.
Handling of all types of MEP & HVAC system maintenance works.
Mechanical and Electrical maintenance of all the type of systems and equipment’s.
Executing the preventive maintenance and keeping all systems in healthy.
Attending Breakdown Maintenance and finding root cause of the same for all the
type of systems including mechanical and electrical maintenance.
Attend weekly client meeting.
To prepare the quotations for FM related works.
AMC contract preparation.
Invoice and bill submission
Propose the ideal solution for HVAC MEP issue as per client requirement
Coordination between suppliers and company.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Involved in both hard services & Soft services.
Involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to buildings and premises.
Engaged in building and grounds maintenance, space management, utilities and
communications infrastructure.
Deals with all the type of MEP & HVAC system maintenance works.
Mechanical and Electrical maintenance of all the type of systems and equipments.
Executing the preventive maintenance and keeping all systems in healthy.
Attending Breakdown Maintenance and finding root cause of the same for all the type of systems including mechanical and electrical maintenance.
Trouble shooting of all the type of Systems and equipments.
Doing physical and visual checks of all systems as required.
Work planning, allocation and Supervision of different maintenance activities.
Conduct monthly testing of emergency systems like generator and fire pumps.
Forecasting the need of all spare parts and maintains items stock as required.
Participating in inspections, testing of equipment, equipment check- out & commissioning.
