New branch is started in Kerala. Prepared the lab for accreditation of NABL (ISO 17025) and EIC (Export Inspection Council). (which includes preparation of SOPs, QWI, and related documents). given training to personal for the smooth operation of lab. lab has successfully faced the audit and got accredited.
• Overseas laboratory safely and ensures that the laboratory remains in compliance with all regulations. In cases where non-compliance is found, documents the instances as well as how they were abated.
• Ensures all reagents and supplies are available when needed.

• Develop and maintain lab procedures, experimental protocols and work instructions. review and recommend improvements to lab procedures
