Coordinate with the local co loaders for Daily Inward Load
Prepare the Inward report and acknowledge the receipt of Load
Update the Inward scanning report on a daily basis
Coordinate with the Courier partners for timely outward movement
Evaluate and improve the Co loader performance
Prepare the STN for the courier parties.
Prepare the outward report on a daily basis.
Prepare the manifest report and share with the couriers.
Manage the Return movement
Prepare the docs for return movement
Advice the perform improvement methodologies
Coordinate with airline & shipping industry
Evaluate the nature of the commodity/load, arrange transport and outsource it.
Preparation of quotations with respect to the project inquiry.
Monitor and update status of the shipment to customer.
Manage timely follow-ups and report to management.
Authority to take decisions in order to realize duties/aims.
Control of operational / financial deviations between quotes and actual orders.
Perform monthly reporting to management.
