Ensures that company standards are being met.
Monitor all food and beverage products to ensure they meet company standards and profibility.
Supervises providing a great experience for every guest every time through courteous interaction.
Keeping informed continually changing promotional beverages, events and services.

Observe guest reactions and brief frequently with the staff to determine guest satisfaction.
Resolve guest concerns on the floor whenever possible or refer to F/B manager for resolution
Suggest new methods to increase sales and assist with training programs to accomplish sales objective.
Promptly complete daily, weekly, monthly reports.
Report shortages, and problems to F/B manager.
Preparing the FF&E and SOE lists
Preparing the L.S.O.P of the outlet.
Time and attendance, disciplinary actions, personal actions, etc.
Supporting all decisions made by the director and the hotel management for the department
Assistance in professional organizations
Assistance in promotional activities of the hotel.
Ensure hotel procedures are followed for all cash/credit, checks transactions, accounting and banking procedures
Implement training programs for all employees; conduct induction, and skills training.
Scheduling employees according to the workload
Training and developing new and innovative services
