Manage & overseas the overall training activity of the company.
Assistance for other Departments)
Schedule training sessions for the regular schedules when necessary and coordinate with the Training Manager, in assisting the Instructor for the details of some external/In-house courses;
Assist higher management any tasks that needs my service as required;
Develop forms, templates, reports for the department to utilize in order to make the system flow smoothly; Record Minutes of the meeting in some major meetings with the whole organization; Arrange meetings and appointments for the Marketing Manager/ OM.
2010 - Part-Time Offshore Survival Instructor (up to 2012 - whenever required)
Specifically handle special sessions of OFFSHORE SURVIVAL COURSE: Sea Survival & HUET for Female groups like
Calls clients to introduce new trainings and/or follow up training feedbacks.
Assigned to take charge with the General Teachers, check their lesson plans, evaluate their performance & other related Admin tasks.
Holds special group class that focuses on Speech, specifically on Pronunciation with Oral Speeches monthly for evaluation.
Taught English to Non-native speakers such as Koreans and Japanese.
