• Responsibility for leading and managing the store operation to deliver the highest standards of customer service and to maximize sales and pro ability in line with company’s objectives, Also responsible for the inventory, maintenance and external appearance of shop. Hire, recruit, and train the shop employees. Stock management and P&L control.
• Reporting directly to area manager on daily and weekly bases.
• Managing the stock level and give feed back to the Concept manager.
• Handle tasks assigned by the country manager.
• Preparing the time cards for the team to be sent by the end of each month.
• Responding to the customer complaints and comments and take the proper action.
• Help in maintaining the VM inside the store with the sales specialist.
