As the road and bridge rehabilitation designer I did the main inspection of the road and bridges and the reinforcement design of 4 bridges and several pontoons with the following deck dimensions: 10, 60 m ( 0.80 - 1.00 - 7.00 - 1.00 - 0.80 )

- Ribeira do Alcorrego: with 21 meters in masonry with 2 barrel arches with reinforced concrete arch and a deck with 7, 00 m width and the bridge was built in 1826. The bridge will be reinforced with micro piles; injected with grout and the new deck will be built new profile of the deck will have

- Ribeira de Almadafe: with an total length of 37 meters a reinforced concrete arch with 25 meters and a deck with 10, 60 m width. The bridge was built in 1952 and it was necessary to reinforce the arch and the approach slabs;

- Ribeira de Tera: with 75 meters in masonry with 3 barrel arches with reinforced concrete arch and a deck with 6, 50 m width and the bridge was built in 1826. The bridge will be reinforced with micro piles; injected with grout and the new deck in reinforced concrete will be built in the new road profile of the deck with 10, 60 m width;

- Ribeira do Divor: The bridge has 75 meters in masonry with 2 barrel arches with 12, 00 m span and a deck with 6, 50 m width and the bridge was built in 1838. The bridge will be reinforced with micro piles; injected with grout and the new deck in reinforced concrete will be built in the new road profile of the deck with 10, 60 m width. The value of the road & bridge rehabilitation project is: Euros 8.950.000.

EN2 Bridge Rehabilitation design of 2 bridges (Ribeira do Roxo and Terges) and 1 Pontoon, Direccão de Estradas de Beja, Estradas de Portugal - Rehabilitation design of the 2 bridges - Bridge over Ribeira do Roxo: with an 65 meters reinforced concrete arch and a deck with 10, 60 m width and Bridge over Ribeira de Terges: in masonry with 3 barrel arches with 8 meters and a total length of 65 m. The pontoon had 9 meters in reinforced concrete. All the structures where built in 1939.

Construction of the C57 and C58 Packages in Da Nang, Vietnam - Bridges and Roads Resident Engineer - PMU, Public Work Ministry from Vietnam
As the Bridge and Roads Resident Engineer he was responsible for the project supervising and revision and the management and coordination of the control team. The bridges were one Arch Bridge with 90 meters span and an advancement bridge with 570 m and 9 spans with lengths between 40 and 65 meters. Oversight of the project and the construction to ensure that quality and time objective is met. Reporting to the Director senior management and providing liaison at all Contractor/Client/Consultant meetings.
Monitored and reported on concrete statistics and made recommendations when issues occurred.
Reviewing and reporting progress.
Conducts Progress Meetings and Master Schedule Manage/administrate contractor and consultants for the 2 Bridges and 3200 m of 2 hydraulic passages works.
Monthly updates the project status.

In 1985, when I began to work, I went to supervise the construction of 102 buildings, and the infrastructures for 431 buildings. I was responsible for more than 300 workers.

That project was finished in 1986 and I continued to managed the construction of the remained 329 houses until 1992.

At the same time I continued to do and supervise the conception of bridge projects, infrastructure and building projects.

From 1992 to 1996 I was responsible for the technical corps of the County of Alvito, Portugal, and I'd participated in the surveying and construction of many roads and water networks in that county.
Between 1996 and 2009 I was in charge of the bridge reconstruction of the Portuguese Road Administration of the south region.

From March 2009 until March 2010 (the project stoped), I was Expert Bridges, in the construction of the Railway between Oued Tlelat / Sidi Bel Abbés / Tlemcén, in Algeria.

From April 2010 until January 2011, I was bridge design engineer, in Lisbon.

From February to August 2011, I was the Chief of the control team in the construction of the New Bridge of Tete over the Zambezi River, in Mozambique.

Since October 2011 until May 2012 I was the bridge engineer that supervised the construction of the Tramway Bridge over the Oued Rhumel River.

Since June 2012 until November 2012 I was the bridge engineer that supervised the rehailitation project of the Bridge and Dam of Matala over the Cunene River, in Lubango, Angola.

Since December 2012 until May 2013 I was the bridge engineer that supervised the rehabilitation project of the road 3 - Hinche / Saint Raphael, Haiti.
