Designing from scratch and delivering the short courses “Getting Connected: Social Media for Business”, “Introduction to building an online reputation (social media)” and "Top Ranking: SEO and Social Media for Business" at Ravensbourne College in Greenwich. The courses teach business owners how to increase customer engagement and brand visibility through social media. I have also developed Ravensbourne’s first online course on social media.
