• Handle multifaceted clerical tasks (e.g., data entry, filing, records management, purchase order processing, invoices processing) as the assistant to Unit Head Service Manager of Compliance & Control, IT Department.
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Maintain database and ensure the delivery of premium administrative service.

• Prepare Travel Authorization and Leave Application.
• Maintain a register of all leave (annual/sickness/emergency).
• Prepare weekly timesheet for all project staffs.
• Process the pay slip every end of the month and bank transfer of salary. Responsible for basic accounting transactions (general journal, general ledger, trial balance, adjusting entries, closing entries, balance sheet, income statement.)
• Assist the engineers for the reports and traffic counts including preparation of client proposals.
• Report directly to Line Manager of Asset Delivery Team-Feed Gas Preparation Department
• Provide general administration support to the Department
• Send / receive, sort / distribute correspondences to staff for information and/or appropriate action
• Logging and filling of correspondences
• Prepare Transmittal Notes
• Prepare daily and weekly time sheet of staffs
• Ensure coordinated and timely response to requests from clients, contractors, sub-contractors and other internal departments.
• Prepare Travel Authorization and Leave Application for approval of timesheets of all staffs assigned on the project

o South Campus Temporary Access Roads (Aug - ongoing)
o Al Luqta Micro Tunnels (Aug - ongoing)
• Provide general administration and reception-related support

• Prepare request for information/testing and transmittals
• Responsible for the daily and weekly preparation of time sheets

• Document Control - receipt, control, file maintenance and distribution of all incoming and outgoing documents (faxes, letters, memo, drawings, RFI’s - Requests for Information, etc.) to ensure coordinated and timely response to clients, contractors, sub-contractors and other internal departments.
