• Handling the LCL for FOB/CNF boxes from various agents
• Communicating with agents for pre-alerts and shipment updates
• Independent correspondence with agents across different ports/countries
• Sending amendments to co loader’s
• Preparing documents for further submissions with co loader
• Ensuring containers are de stuffed upon arrival of the vessel in time.
• Preparing costing and maintaining cost sheet for the management to review.
• Maintaining job files for each box separately with complete set of shipment details
• Updating shipment status to agents as well as to consignee’s
• Maintaining a daily as well as monthly inbound report for the management
• Updating P&L report to management for each box.
• Finalizing and checking invoices raised by vendors and accordingly raising final invoices to clients settling with the parties involved for any disputes raised by either the vendor, the line agent, the client or any other parties involved.
