*Distributes lists that needs to be attended on a day to day basis
*Liase with IT Team regarding any system issue encountered and monitor resolution of the issues raised
*Escalate any deviation from the agreed upon processes to higher management
*Accomplish daily reports that are submitted to the immediate managers and other departments
*Supported the Project Management Team on administration works
*Accomplishes daily and monthly reports on the Fiber Optics project
*Manages the calendar, arranges meeting and prepares the minutes of the Core/Project Team
*Assists subscribers over the phone regarding new subscriptions, renewal, re-instates and other concerns regarding the company’s products and services
*Assists the shops on their queries and concerns regarding after-sales services
*Prepares reports for the Inbound Team’s performances on a weekly and monthly basis

* Caters to Postpaid, Corporate Accounts and High-End Subscribers’ concerns and inquiries
