 Providing assistance and HR advice to client’s HR managers to help them resolve employee issues
 Suggest ways to improve processes to increase efficiency
 Provide input for the calculation of end of service benefit and verify the calculation
 Handle and process payroll through wps and bank transfer
 Placing candidates through sourcing, screening, interviewing and reference checking
 Draft Letters to be used as a template for all the processes
 Handle processes for visa and work permit application, renewal, transfer and cancellation of for Dubai federal and free zone visas
 Keep track of temporary candidate’s daily job sheet, payment of remuneration, etc
 Keep track of leaves taken
 Advising the candidates on remuneration and benefit issues
 Explaining policies and procedures to candidates
 Address employee issues and provide guidance
 Monitor legal and regulatory changes to ensure compliance
 Maintain HR MIS and office filing system
 Assist in maintaining and renewal of office contracts, license and lease
 Handle candidates passports and other important documents
 Handle petty cash
 Liase employee insurance between the client, employee and insurance company
 Prepare invoices, orders, cheques and transfer instruction, etc
 Reconcile bank account statements
 Maintain office requirements
