Providing assistance and HR advice to client’s HR managers to help them resolve employee issues
Suggest ways to improve processes to increase efficiency
Provide input for the calculation of end of service benefit and verify the calculation
Handle and process payroll through wps and bank transfer
Placing candidates through sourcing, screening, interviewing and reference checking
Draft Letters to be used as a template for all the processes
Handle processes for visa and work permit application, renewal, transfer and cancellation of for Dubai federal and free zone visas
Keep track of temporary candidate’s daily job sheet, payment of remuneration, etc
Keep track of leaves taken
Advising the candidates on remuneration and benefit issues
Explaining policies and procedures to candidates
Address employee issues and provide guidance
Monitor legal and regulatory changes to ensure compliance
Maintain HR MIS and office filing system
Assist in maintaining and renewal of office contracts, license and lease
Handle candidates passports and other important documents
Handle petty cash
Liase employee insurance between the client, employee and insurance company
Prepare invoices, orders, cheques and transfer instruction, etc
Reconcile bank account statements
Maintain office requirements
Type correspondence, reports and other documents
Source resumés & Screens applicants for minimum qualifications and experience based on applications.
Contact candidates and arranges interviews
Prepares Letter of Offer to selected candidates.

Enquire price details from suppliers
Make quotations
Prepare sales and production reports
Maintain office files
Greet and assist visitors
Receive and direct calls, fax and mails
