• Executive Secretary involved in financial and administrative support for the Water Desalination and Reuse Research Center for all Faculty, students and staff, and high level executive support for the Director
•Preparing and reviewing all payments for Consultants and Contracts to ascertain quality control before collecting the required signatures. Reconciling payments ensuring payments are within Contract guidelines and budgets

The key owner and administrator of the WDRC SharePoint team site, developing the site, libraries, pages, meeting with the team and discussing needs and how we foresee utilizing it for the Center and then putting these plans into practice on the site
Author of the training handbook for 100 Faculty, Post Docs, Researchers and PhD students in reimbursements and another also regular presentations to refresh incoming people on policy and procedure of reimbursements to decrease the possibility error.
Author of Procedure Manual for Executive Secretary for the WDRC
Member of the Management team for the Central Administration SharePoint site for all Administration personnel in KAUST.
Member of the HR Learning and Development group taking part in developing training and developing of our Executive Secretaries and Administrative assistants in KAUST.
