• Achieved wide professional recognition for the film “Love Summer”, including
o International Committee of Tourism Film Festivals (CIFFT) Grand Prix “World’s Best Tourism Commercial” award
o nine awards in global festivals
• Realised annual savings of up to HKD 50M over a seven-year tenure in post by
o establishing an in-house Multimedia team from scratch
o enhancing the team’s capability to produce 90% of all visual content
• Overhauled GEG’s photography library by conceptualising the creative strategy for a photo-shoot initiative that
produced over 60 hero visuals for the three GEG properties
• Defined a new standard for service excellence in Macau by creating and executing delivery of a film and
photography campaign for the Galaxy Privilege Cub to provide visual representation of key experiences offered by
membership of the club
• Led a team of more than 50 AV staff to support the opening of Galaxy Macau phase 2 and Broadway Macau
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Steers development of creative concepts from business unit briefs and applying a holistic approach to overall visual
content, including film, photography and motion graphics
• Oversees execution of all outputs, from mood boards to final output, by
o co-ordinating the use of internal and external resources

• Manages all operational activity of an in-house team of eight, including
o providing creative and technical direction
o optimising performance and supporting capability development

• Directs delivery of large-scale productions with external vendors, producing TV campaigns and print ads for all
above-the-line campaigns
• Leads promotional activity governing gaming and non-gaming products in F&B, retail, hotel and resort
