Designation: Senior PMO Analyst Nov 2018 to Present

• Developing PMO governance framework across the Programme. This includes creation of processes, standard tools, document templates, improvement to reporting and streamlining of key governance meetings.
• Played the role of stage gate manager by closely following project development life cycle and ensure that each phase is completed with all key deliverables produced as per expectations and facilitate review of each stage or phase for Go No Go decision to move to next phase from IT Leadership.
• Analysis of project weekly status reports and creation of weekly noncompliance report packs for the Leadership team.
• Support with creation of Programme and Sub Programme Board packs.
• Generation of multiple reports that feeds information to Leadership packs which includes KPI status, weekly and monthly view of L0 and L1 milestone completion percent, milestone slippages and details of closed projects.
• Creation of high level POAP for each Programme for IT leadership visibility.
• Risk and Issues management by conducting periodic review with relevant stakeholders to ensure the mitigation plans are up to date. Created workflows using SharePoint Designer 2013 which automates the process of notifying project stakeholders of risk or issue raised, updates made and deadline approaching.
• Worked with Project managers to review Dependency management process.
• Drive IT contractor and vendor on boarding initiatives - creation of new joiner forms and providing any other PMO support.
• Played the role of Change Manager where key responsibility is to review and quality check Change requests submitted by project managers, maintain Change Request Logs, facilitate Change Control Board meetings with IT Leadership, share actions from meetings, monitor the change request till closure and report if there are any delays to timeline.
• Support with administrative tasks associated with MS Project Online software and its maintenance.
• Creation of resource information in MS Project Online to support the project managers with timely and accurate resource allocation.
• SharePoint Management - creation of standard folder structure, maintaining document repositories, access management, developing customized permissions, creating Sharepoint Page and List and monitoring storage limit.
• Performing audit on project documentations to ensure it follows the standard templates, naming convention, version control as well as checking if the necessary signofs are also available.
• Facilitating project teams to expedite procedures or actions required to resolve technical blockers.
• Assisting in the training of new personnel as part of induction.
• Performing financial analysis to ensure budget is within the limit also includes invoice verification based on agreed day rates in contracts to support payment processing.
• Managing all Programme and Project Performance Online dashboards which is monitored by IT Leadership.
• Drive Lessons learnt workshops which includes training of the process and usage of tool MENTI for capturing the challenges and successes faced during each phase of the project lifecycle.
• Champion for Adobe E sign which includes coordinating training of software features as per end user requirements, expediting resolution of tickets raised, managing tasks which includes capturing e signs from Senior Leadership which serves as approval evidence for stage gate and change management process.
