The top management of Infosys is aiming for the prestigious ‘Green Building rating’, awarded by
the US Green Building Council (USGBC). The entire team comprising of the owner, architect, consultants,
designers and project team were working towards achieving the- ‘Platinum rating’ for the building.
Description of Duties;
-Co-ordinate b/w team members To achieve one common goal, the goal has been divided into different task and tried to complete as soon as possible. The end results have been coordinated and put together in one place.
-I have assisted other staffs to solve Revit issues and helped them to follow Revit standards which are already set up in our office.
-Structural & MEP coordination and incorporating the same in Revit Model.
-Document Periodic onsite observations while construction is in progress and the same has been circulated b/w every department involved in the project.
-Understanding processes on site, ensuring protocol is followed on site with respect to particular requirements like form finish concrete and proactively voicing concerns and suggestions over areas of development.
-Prepare well co-ordinated GFC drawings in Revit with maximum number of sectional details, axonometric views of the structural layout of the related part for easy understanding. The graphical representation is taken care of and tried to keep the standards in every drawings such as text style, spot elevations, font size, line types etc.
-Set-up meetings with Autodesk Revit executives to learn new tools in revit and BIM management.
-Preparing information regarding design, structural specifications, materials, color scheme, cost estimate, and duration of whole construction right from the soil test to the finishing of the project, consulting the client about the functional and special requirements before preparing the presentation drawings.
-Directing the activities of all the subordinates those who are involved in the same project, as a team in preparation of documents and construction drawings in Autodesk Revit.
-I contributed my best technically for the successful completion of several projects undertaken by the company.
-Worked as part of a team and i have taken responsibility of the concept development which includes the planning of location of different types of activities, integrating engineering elements into unified design, conducting periodic onsite observation while construction is in progress. Representing the client in obtaining bids and construction contracts.
-My duties involved to obstruct the complexity of a system into a manageable model that describes the essence of a system by exposing important details and significant constraints.
