I am working in our Central Processing Plant (Gas plant Maintenance section which is having 2 trains with a capacity of 48 MMSCMD
Carries out preventive and breakdown maintenance and calibration of all electronic (DCS/PLC) and pneumatic control system instruments in field and workshop in the assigned gas processing plant, such as transmitters, control valves, shut down switches and vibration probes for turbo expanders, compressors and process. Also carries out routine/preventive maintenance of fire and gas, all instrumentation and safety system. Performs servicing, condition monitoring, fault diagnosis and restorative tasks on ESD system. Check day to day work orders from SAP system and execute the assigned jobs. Update the technical history, conform the work orders in SAP system and report to supervisor. Create Z1, Z6 work notifications in SAP system. Assist work prepare to plan 7, 14& 90 days plan. Assist work prepare to order materials.
