- Assists with and manages client requirements including documentation, procedures, timing, costs and queries related to visa and/or labour and immigration matters and provides a professional and efficient delivery of CBD’s services
- Suggests and contributes to the development of all L&I processes and procedures for CBD and its clients
- Assists with the co-ordination of the L&I team to ensure efficient day-to-day processing and timely delivery of all L&I applications
- Promptly notifies Corporate Services Manager of impending deadlines
- Monitors online labour and immigration portals/official websites for updates to client accounts and transactions and managing L&I task tracker
- Communicates to CBD’s clients all priorities, policies, procedures, costs and timing of L&I applications
- Regularly and promptly reports PRO team activity internally and externally
- Maintains secure databases to record client documents, work in progress and key deadlines
- Liaises with relevant Government departments and agencies to ensure the efficient processing of L&I applications, build relationships, make enquiries and ‘trouble shoot’ issues
- Maintains and disseminates any changes to UAE laws, regulations and procedures relating to L&I processes and ensures complete CBD compliance

customers - processed visas such as employment, residence, dependents' (spouse,
children, servant and driver) are done and delivered ahead of expectations
Monitored and worked closely with Government Relations Officers to ensure that
supporting documents are complete, up to date and accurate prior to submission to
Government entities
Receiving visitors and answer client inquiries by phone, email and in-person
