- Conduct ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) process to design talent solutions

• Conduct Job Analysis to identify and determine the particular job duties and requirements in order to draft relative Job Descriptions
• Develop Competency Catalogue with the respective leveling of each competency
• Develop a Compensation and Benefit Scheme in accordance with the market competition
• Assist with the development of the training school programs taking into consideration the local and international requirements
• Assist with the development and coordination of recommended changes regarding workflow
- Identify training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes
- Design and expand training and development programmes based on both the organisation's and the individual's needs
- Prepare and facilitate in-house training programs
- Manage the delivery of training and development programmes and devising a training strategy for the organization

• Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees;
planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Maintain a highly motivated, well-trained staff along with maintaining effective employee relations.
- Ensure adequate staffing for efficient branch operation.
- Resolve member problems that require a management-level decision.
- Monitor key products/sales within branch to ensure profitable and sound business practices, a high quality of service for members, and that employees are maximizing opportunities to cross-sell products and services.
- Manage the security and safety of the branch by having responsibility to adhere to security and safety policies and procedures, and to alert staff to any changes.
- Ensure that the opening and closing procedures, (i.e. alarms, vault, balance ATM’s, night deposits, etc.) and end
of day balancing of branch are being completed by branch head teller, branch staff, and assisting when necessary.
- Deputise for the Branch Manager during periods of absence, ensuring the management of the company is maintained, in accordance with targets and schedules
- Assist, support and work closely with the Owner in the day - to day management of the company
- Provide training and assistance to the company employees to ensure efficient and effective delivery of products and services.
