•Develop detailed network specifications and adhere to standards in support of new project scope work

•Provide lead support and troubleshooting for Layer 2 technologies, including but not limited to, Ethernet (Switched, FastE, GigE), Spanning Tree, VLANs, VTP, Trunking and Virtual environments.
•Coordinating with other ISP and DSPs in order to provide the corporate customers interbranch and internet Services
•Configuration for Corporate customers for 3G service for WAN or Internet services
•Assist IT security personnel in monitoring, reporting and auditing network enterprise
•On site interventions: Maintenance/Failure interventions and after hours on call support.
•Provide leadership during major incidents and offer support on escalated technical problems.
•Generating network documentations and provides trainings on different systems and products

Implemented IPTV systems and High Speed Internet access in companies and households in Beirut Downtown

Implemented High Speed Internet Access and IPTV in the British Columbia Stadium

Analyzed Over The Top systems such as Netflix and AppleTV and produced a study for building the Telus Content Delivery Network (CDN)
