Engineering team leader reporting to Mechanical Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Reviewing construction drawings and issuing design queries
- Assisting with Building Information Modeling
- Preparing technical submittals for all divisions
- Supervising quantity take-offs
- Coordinating material procurement
- Quantifying variations and change orders
Experience in 3D BIM: Quality Control and Quality Assurance on BIM LOD 350 Models and Modeling supervision on BIM LOD 400 including clash detection using Navisworks Manage. Coordination with IT team for Add-ins and API creation for quality control purposes. Coordination with Designers on the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and Modeling Guidelines (MGL).
Experience in 4D BIM: coordination with Planners on Primavera P6 files. Incorporation of the project Work Breakdown Structure into the 3D BIM Data. Developing the Primavera model and the 3D model into a 4D Simulation using Navisworks Manage.
Experience in 5D BIM: coordination with the Quantity Surveying Department. Incorporation of the BOQ structure with the BIM Model. Resource Loading the Primavera file via ERP platform in order to generate BIM-based monthly automated payment certificates along with Automated Change Management and BIM-based Project Earned Value Analysis.

• Supervising on-site MEP works (installation, testing, commissioning and handing over)
• Providing technical support and solving all construction technical issues
• Measuring performance and applying corrective actions
• Negotiating and reviewing agreements
• Assisting with contract claims and variations
• Assisting with contractual problems and issuance of contractual letters
• Approving payments for sub-contracts
