Provide strategic leadership to Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) in IHS Group and other countries of operations; Also, supporting development and implementation of ERM and BCM initiatives across the Group.

• Facilitating cross-functional risk workshops and interview sessions using suitable tools and methodologies
• Support strategic planning through providing inputs in the combined assurance planning process
• Implement risk management strategy per Combined Assurance Plan using the Combined Assurance Framework and approved Group Enterprise Risk Management methodology in order to support achievement of business objectives
• Identify, analyse and monitor regulatory, economic and other general development with focus on risk perspectives especially in a fast evolving business environment including providing prevention strategies
• Provide advice on risk related issues including risk consulting on specific projects (business initiatives) and performing in-depth risk analysis
• Participate in the development of risk related policies and framework
• Support compliance function and its programs from a risk perspective

• Continuous update to the organisation’s risk profile / spectrum
• Issue relevant risk alerts as issues emerge including follow up on agreed action plans
• Promote proficient use and execute risk engagements using standard enterprise-wide risk management software
• Participate in the implementation of the ISO 31000 Risk Management Framework
• Embed risk management processes and create risk awareness across the organisation
• Administer the enterprise-wide risk maturity models for all specialist risk management areas
• Obtain and analyse risk incident reports for Board reporting purposes
• Co-participate in integrating risk management with business continuity, internal audit and management functions including other specialist areas
• Provide inputs into reporting for Audit and Risk Committee of the Board and other risk management reports to stakeholders
• Obtain management’s feedback regarding risk support provided via customers survey
