1. Resident Civil Engineer for construction, renovation and maintenance of various Hassan Abul Co. buildings and facilities which include factories, warehouses, showrooms and offices.

§  Read, interpret / coordinate drawings and supervise the project team for proper work execution.

§  Prepare Work Method Statements utilizing best construction practices to provide clear and detailed procedures for successfully executing the work and identifying inspection checkpoints to maintain quality standards.

§  Prepare technical submittals such as structural calculations, materials, testing and to coordinate approval from the engineer.

§  Plan the work and prepare the Gantt chart execution program (Primavera / Microsoft Project) to include technical submittals / approvals, procurement / shipment schedules, fabrication, delivery and installation, in coordination with the projects’ main program.

§  Carry out value engineering measures to ensure the project’s cost-effectiveness and minimize, if not eliminate wastes.

§  Supervise the work and implement QA / QC procedures and site management to ensure timely and quality work execution; provide on-site technical services, interpret drawings, specifications and standards for the project team.

§  Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers and contractors for smooth coordination, execution, approval and hand-over of works.

§  Prepare material statement, keep track of the procurement process / shipment schedules and determine work packages to be subcontracted to facilitate negotiation and subcontract preparation.

1.
