- To contribute towards work force planning by identifying the gaps between current roles and future needs of the Departments, and ensure that all hiring is based on the priority basis.
- To conduct the entire recruitment process to enable selection of quality talent for vacant positions within defined timelines that includes conduction employment checks, pre-screening and interviews.
- To arrange interviews for all vacancies, with a selected interview panel, and provide feedback to the HR Director and updates the candidate of the outcome.
- To prepare job offer for the selected candidates based on successful employment checks and verifies the offer with the compensation structure.
- To inform Administration team about the visa documentation, joining formalities and relocation and hiring policies and ensures smooth arrival of the candidates with the stipulated date.
- To administer the joining formalities of the candidate ensuring that all documentations provided by the candidate are accurate and up-to-date and coordinates with Administration team to finalize immigration requirements.
- To assist in the development and execution of employee performance management, appraisal and performance-related incentives.
- To lead and conducts New Employee Orientation.
- Medical Insurance processing for newly joined employees and renewal for existing employees.
