• Monitoring and analyzing Production Output based on the set Production Plan
• Controlling and Monitoring of Raw Materials Consumption and Work-In-Process
• Provide and revise Work Instructions or Working General Standard
• Recognize processes/area that have potential abnormality and formulate improvement to avoid its occurrence
• Conduct initial failure analysis and process trouble shooting, initiates / recommend Corrective and Preventive Actions (CPAR) on the basis of technical analysis to maintain the specified quality levels
• Performs Tact Time / Process Standard Time and Review

• Monitor the operation of Final Visual Inspection(FVI) of products
• Develops and implements action plans to address quality concerns or improve operations to meet customer requirements

• Supports the immediate superior in improving Machine operating conditions in order to increase the efficiency
• Provision of Production Plan
• Provision of Production Manpower Allocation
• Documentation of all of these reports and improvements
• Define sorting / reworking method of non-conforming product

• Machine and Line Qualifications and monitoring
• Product and material evaluation
• Formulation, monitoring and verification of Corrective and Preventive Action Report implementation
• Perform other tasks that are assigned by the superior
Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems
Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports
Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves
Processes and/or approves invoices for payment
Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures
I had worked in the Purchasing / Procurement Department and in Inventory / Warehouse Department. I learned material control, flow of materials, material handling, proper storage of materials, FIFO, KANBAN SYSTEM, LEAN MANUFACTURING, JIT SYSTEM, SIX SIGMA etc...
