 Implemented new processes with change in ITSM tools and created a tired structure for the Service Desk Team to improve overall efficiency and minimize MTTR (Mean Time To Resolve) per call.
 Implemented Microsoft 365 within the organization and migrated more than 2000 user mailboxes within the organization from on prem services like exchange and file share. This was completed with very minimum disruption to business users and within project timelines.
 Automated workflows for various departments within the company using BPA/RPA tools like Microsoft Power Automate and Blue Prism improving overall efficiency and minimizing errors.
 Implemented new Security policies and procedures bringing the Cyber Security insurance premium down by over 30 percent when renewed the following year.
 Changed the backup and recovery infrastructure to VEEAM from Symantec reducing recovery time by over 80%.
 Moved the primary file share from Xerox DocuShare to SharePoint for all departments in the company to align with Microsoft 365 tools, eliminate DocuShare license costs and create far more efficient processes for collaboration and file share.
