. Coordinate operation with our international Marketing Managers and Associates based in different cities in Europe, Asia and Middleast
· Handle International Marketing Operation - Organize and create the business and marketing operation in identified cities for international market.

Was assigned in Tokyo to set up the marketing operation for our real estate marketing company (Quadrillion International Tokyo) we were given exclusive accreditation to represent Pag-ibig POP for OFW in Japan and several other countries in Southeast Asia, Europe, and Canada.
· Heads the Operation of the department.
· Responsible for the Creation of our Allied Brokers marketing operation. Job includes manpower development (recruitment/training/management).
· Part of the core group for product development and product marketing plans, audiovisual marketing tools.
· Handle and manage micro financing and fund management of the operation cost vs. profitability and losses. Manpower compliments, administrative operating cost, marketing budget, development funding, etc.
· Supervise and conduct marketing activities such as recruitment blitz, corporate presentation, mall exhibits, Investors business opportunity forum, etc.
· Prepare and conceptualize Marketing strategies, Ads and Promotional schemes, Sales plans
· Heads the Training Department - conceptualize and design training programs for marketing/sales. Conducts TNA, program evaluations, create training modules and handouts.
· Coordinate and synchronize with marketing and sales operation on manpower development.
· Oversee the overall function and operation of the department, and its training staffs.
· Provide and create marketing tools; visual aide kit for presentation, prepare and conduct corporate presentation, conceptualize and prepare production of audio visual module for sales and marketing. Supervise in the execution of program of pre-production for sales and marketing events (Mass presentation, Investor’s Nite, Business Opportunity forum, etc.)
· Lateral transfer as Head the Marketing and Sales Operation Department. Tasked to organize the in-house sales network, create marketing plans and strategies to achieve the company’s goal, conceptualize marketing support tools and promo schemes for both clients and sale network.
· Handle and manage micro financing and fund management of the operation cost vs. profitability and losses. Manpower compliments, administrative operating cost, marketing budget, development funding, etc.
