My main job at GWR is to set our company’s regional sales budget and overlook the sales team performance in meeting this budget through weekly monthly and quarterly follow ups. I also make sure to maintain our client satisfaction through controlling the operational part in meeting the deadlines, delivering good quality service and updating our tools to always meet our clients customer service standards. Part of our giving our client great quality service, I have issued the SOPs for the operations department to set the guidelines of dealing with our clients from answering their complaints by phone or email to delivering extra mile service.
Working as Business Development Manager in GWR has enabled me to work with my clients on setting up their customer service incentive system and given me the chance to be part of their customer service company strategy. I have worked with many clients in both retail and automotive industries.
During the first year at GWR I have been highly involved in the operational part of my cleints’ account. I have set up the Mystery Shopping checklist of different fashion brands and have created the Customer Service survey as well. I have also set up the weight and scale systems of these quality control tools. I have been also involved in my clients’ incentive system set up and have created the executive summary reports per season and per country of my retail and automotive clients.
