• Studying the tender document, drawings and specifications instructed by the Tendering Manager
• Identify the scope of works pertaining to the tender documents.
• Scrutinize the plan and perform quantity take - off.
• To coordinate with supervisors to discuss the take - off and get clarifications for discrepancies.
• Differentiating and assigning documents (drawings/specifications/B.O.Q) required for enquiries, float enquiries and obtain quotations from approved Sub-Contractors/Suppliers/Related Organizations.
• Obtain and Evaluate cost proposals/quotations of sub-contractors.
• Preparation of and verification of tender submittals as per tender requirements in consultation with Senior Estimation Engineer/Estimation Manager.
• Assist in maintaining data of all tenders, sub-contractors and supplier.
• Perform other technical functions in support of Tendering Department
