o Overall Technical and administrative supervision of plant operations in accordance with Company Policies, and procedures and standards.
o Operations - Ensures the strict implementation of prescribed operational policies, standards, and procedures as well as compliance with all the current and future health, safety and environmental laws, rules, and regulations of the plant.
• Monitors team and plant performance by reviewing daily activity reports of shifts and ensuring that any deviation are addressed; corrective/preventive maintenance actions are identified and implemented.
• Prepares and efficiently implements annual shift work schedule to ensure labor availability for plant operation. Approves plant nomination to Dispatch team and ensure compliance.
• Prepares and recommends the annual budget for the Operations of the Plant and review the annual budget mid-year.
o Administrative - Approved leaves, overtime, under time, certificate of attendance.
• Create Purchase Requisition, Operations Monthly Report, Expense Reports, and other reimbursement.
o People Management - Oversees the Work of subordinates (CRE, ERO) in their daily activities, evaluates performance of subordinates on a periodic basis to determine performance level and areas for improvement.
• Recommends appropriate technical training and development of subordinates.
• Recommends hiring, movement, promotion, and separation of plant personnel.
• Acts as Emergency Response Team Leader during emergency when present in the plant.

o Updating of Grid Outage Maintenance Plan (GOMP) including creation of dynamic quarterly (GOMP) in coordination w/ Operation and Maintenance. In addition, Creation of 3 years GOMP, coordination with Reliability Assets Management (RAM) for scheduling of Planned Outage.
o Updating of Maximo expert (SME) for PR, PO, Work Request & Order, DR & Receiving) in coordination with ISM regarding concern on Maximo of TMO. In addition, monitoring of work order during implementation, cascade changes and updates regarding Maximo on site including updating of Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Job plan on Maximo.
o Monitoring of the maintenance PMS (Preventive Maintenance System) by simulation of PMS through running hours based on capacity factor (CF) in coordination with O & M regarding upcoming PMS and scheduling.
o Monitoring of budget (CAPEX & OPEX) Capital Expenses & Operation Expenses, in coordination with finance and accounting department for concern the budget. In Addition, with assistance of O & M on preparation of annual budget and concern on Departmental Budget Review (DBR).
o Updating and assess management of Asset Condition assessment (ACA) and Failure Mode Effects Critically Assessment (FMECA).
o Scheduling and planning of Condition Base Monitoring (CBM) Program and analyze of CBM trends and reviewing with maintenance team. In addition, Efficiency & Performance Monitoring with assistance of O & M facility in the assessment of plant performance and consolidate maintenance report in coordination with Maintenance Supervisor, assisting and update of 2P’s.
o Monitoring of spare and tools plan in coordination with SCM (Supply Chain Management) at warehouse regarding inventory stock Request on Purchase / Request on Quotation (ROP/ROQ) to ensure there are sufficient stocks in warehouse. In addition, reviewing the critical items with TEAM that aren’t enroll in Maximo and trigger inventory enrollment in coordination with SCM, conducting audit regarding routable and non-routable spare including monitoring of tools and calibration equipment plan.
o Performs communication responsibilities as defined in the Emergency Response Plan, Support and Implement the Company’s Environmental Safety and Health programs.
o In addition, performs other tasks that may assigned by superior from time to time.

o Implement start-up, shutdown and loading of all diesel engine generator units (6 nos. @ 67MW) and auxiliaries to standard operating procedures and upon instruction of superior.
o Monitors various operating system and make corrective action for any deviation from standard operating limits.
o Monitors alarms for any plant abnormality and immediately informs superior/s.
o Perform immediate corrective actions to plant abnormality within my technical capability. Notifies Superiors of performing corrective actions and measures as instructed by the team leader through remote control facilities or thru Engine Room Operator.
o Stop the engine, if needed, for safety and emergency purposes. In addition, liaises with client’s and company trading department the real time dispatch and ensure plant’s compliance to GMC rules including reporting of derated and forced outages of units.
o Monitor and check actual power load generated by the plant and transmission of 24-hours power to customer.
o Coordinates with Shift Supervisor regarding proper scheduling of load and generation of energy on a daily basis.
o Prepare actual internal power supply report daily, weekly and monthly. In addition, sends a “Plant Nomination” schedule and figures of actual load to AP Trading.
o Accomplishes monitoring log sheets recording activities and abnormalities and other necessary information, including all power plant operating data on an hourly basis, prepare daily highlights report on plant operations for submission to superior.
o Performs turnover activities at the end of shift to incoming Control Room Engineer, specifically pertinent information on the condition and performance of engines and auxiliaries, abnormalities that occurred and special instructions received from superior during the shift.
o Receives and transmit phone calls from and to Central Dispatching Center of customers concerning power plant operating conditions and load distributions and abnormalities of the grid.
o Performs communication responsibilities as defined in the Emergency Response Plan, Support and Implement the Company’s Environmental Safety and Health programs.
o In addition, performs other tasks that may assigned by superior from time to time.

o Managing a group of Pre-Commissioning Testing and Commissioning Engineer and Electrical Technician in their daily task.
o Handling of the extra low voltage in different system such as Access Control System (ACS), Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Close Circuit Television (CCTV), Commercial Television (COMTV), Passenger Information System (PIS), Telephone (TEL), Wireless Access/Wi-Fi (WA).
o The project has Under Ground and AT Grade station with compose of 37nos. stations.
o Updating of the daily tracker log file and provide daily and weekly report to be submit with the Testing & Commissioning Manager and Delivery Line Manager.
o Responsible of an area of the site during pre-commissioning phase of the project.
o Attending of the weekly progress meeting base on the target of project milestone schedule and to determine the priority system per station.
o Scheduling and Planning of Pre-Commissioning activities and in liaison with the Installation Manager as per the overall project milestone schedule.
o Preparing work program and schedule related to Pre-Commissioning Plan as a part of Testing & Commissioning.
o Carry out Pre-Commissioning activities base on the approved work method statement procedure, Inspection Test Plan as per contract requirement.
o Preparing Test Plan, test cases and reports related to the Pre-Commissioning.
o Ensuring proper execution of PICO test, standalone test witnessed by the client.
o Ensuring that all official and internal document related to the Pre-Commissioning is properly registered and filling in archive room.
o Auditing and checking of the electrical testing equipment due for calibration and damages.
o Implementation & follow the project safety rules and regulation.

o Oversees design and engineering management of facility Electrical & Mechanical Systems, Controls and ELV system interfaces internal to project facilities. Closely liaises with Architectural, Civil, Irrigation and Communications and Controls Engineering (ELVs) Staff to ensure effective implementation of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Systems internal to project facilities.
o Participates in design progress meetings as required and Coordinates electrical facility systems including, Power Distribution System (22kV/0.415kV), Lighting, Small Power, Grounding, Panel distribution boards, Lighting Control System, Fire alarm system, FM200, VESDA, Instrumentation communication & automation (ICA), CCTV, Building Management System (BMS), HVAC systems, Plumbing, Security access control, Motors, Generators, UPS & Battery etc.
o Reviews completeness of Consultant’s submittals and ensures incorporation of comments received from reviewers, stakeholders, other entities
o Ensure start of initial review by Consultant for completeness of electrical facility systems and equipment, Contractor Submittals and RFI(s). Such as contractor’s official submittals (i.e. shop drawings, method statements, materials, ITP’s, testing & commissioning procedures & etc.).
o Verifies completeness and adequacy of submittal reviews and RFI responses, validates interdisciplinary input prior to return to the contractor. And coordinating with contractors to sort out issues without delay, assisting the client for any technical issues and material inspection submitted.
o Assists in validation of record drawings and post-occupancy evaluations. And performs other responsibilities associated with this position during construction as may be appropriate.
o Review and oversee the construction supervision consultants to ensure required installation, testing and commissioning forms are updated as required and filed properly.
o Work closely with the Contractors, vendors and suppliers in resolution of technical problems and to ensure that identified deficiencies are repaired and update as to actual site conditions.
o Responsible for following up on installation, testing and commissioning instructions and commitments associated with the project.
o Monitors and reports on the progress of the project activity including significant milestones, and any conditions, which would affect project cost or schedule. Establishes weekly meeting to review project status and formulate action items.

o Participates in design progress meetings as required and Coordinates electrical facility systems including, power distribution (Medium / Low voltage switchgears), lighting, grounding, panel distribution boards, electrical controls, fire alarm system, instrumentation communication & automation (ICA), SCADA and motors, generators, UPS, etc.
o Reviews completeness of Consultant’s submittals and ensures incorporation of comments received from reviewers, stakeholders, other entities

o The projects are composed of Hospital with research center, Out Patient Clinic, Central Service Building, Multi Level Staff Car Park, Underground Water Tank, Landscaping, Street Lighting, and Under Ground Car Park.
o Supervision and execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning activities as per planning schedule including lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) procedures during energization of ELV systems (lightings - normal & emergency, power, VAV’s, BAS, FCU, CBS, UPS, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Smoked Detector, Security / Access Control System), MV/LV switchgear and Distribution Boards (Schneider). MV/LV switchgear and Distribution Boards (Schneider).
o Allocation of manpower about their daily tasks and ensuring they are safe before & after the activities by implementing the safety rules & regulation on site. Initiating corrective actions and ensuring their proper implementation.
o Monitor of all documents necessary for pre-commissioning, commissioning activities prior for final documentation or handover. Raising of internal RFI / IWIR prior for final inspection to be witness by QC inspector and Preparation of final closeout report related to pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
o Guiding the technician on how to perform the testing on site and operate the test equipment together with the QC inspector while discussing the proper procedure base on the method statement with the application of KAHRAMMA standard.
o Updating of the daily, weekly and monthly progress report in electrical system and directly reporting to the manager’s (Construction and Commissioning). Coordinate of activity with construction, client operation team for checking the outstanding equipments and testing for completion of the system as per requirement.
o Commissioning permit to work issuer, implementing the safety measures and identifying the hazardous to meet the standard & safety requirements in commissioning stage by doing isolation and de-isolation /LOTO procedures with full PPE requirement during worked period of time.

o Ensuring the project quality plan and procedures are implemented during construction period. Review and checking of RFI inspection test record including testing inspection & installation. Daily report of inspection & testing activities and issuing an NCR if the specification is not met.
o Implementation of the inspection test plan (ITP) procedures base on type of equipment/unit and checking of material take-off (MTO) prior for defective during delivery & installation, monitoring of the equipment prior for pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up including calibration of equipments for accurate reading during testing activities.
o Monitoring of check records for inspection & testing base on outstanding system. Conduct also a walk through inspection prior for RFC before releasing the system & prior for RFSU before handover the system and clearing of punch list items. Including review and as-built of vendor drawings and engineering design during construction.
o As Electrical Supervisor, implementing & follow the safety rules and regulation of the said projects which is the golden rules (Comply, Intervene & Respect). Help the safety department for issuing an SOC - safety observation card for preventing any near misses / injuries to the workers during site supervision.

o Worked in various projects of Qatar Kentz at Doha Qatar & Yemen in Oil and Gas industry; Compression and upstream facilities (Dolphin-JGC), Common of Plot (Rasgas-Fluor) and Qatar Shell GTL (C6-Utilities), Al-uqla Central Processing Facilities (OMV -Yemen Block S2) exploration.
o Here are the following plant that I’ve been worked in Oil and Gas Industries (Onshore) Greenfield Projects; Substation utilities (132kV/33kV/6.6kV/0.415kV), Power Generations (Gas Turbine Generator (GTG) 300MW (GE), Steam Turbine Generator (STG) 200MW (Siemens), Emergency Diesel Generator (EDG) 30MW (Caterpillar) & HRSG), Boiler, Condensate, LPG, LNG, WWT, FWPS.
o Review and checking of engineering drawing design in Lighting layouts, DB schedules, single line diagrams, vendor packages (LVSG) likes installation, operation and maintenance manuals, cable management, Method statement procedures for testing and ITP’s (Inspection Test Plan).
o Updating of the daily, weekly and monthly progress report in electrical (Equipment’s, Cables, Motors) and Instrumentation, Telecommunication (cables) and directly reporting to the manager’s (Project, Site, Construction and Commissioning). Coordinate of activity with construction, client operation team for checking the outstanding equipment’s and testing for completion of the system as per requirement (ICAPS, Compete IT & Dossier).
o Preparing of details pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up & switching procedures and submission of method statement for each system equipment and Job Risks Analysis.
o Scheduling of pre-commissioning, commissioning & start-up activities progress report through excels by analyzing / planning which equipment is priority for energization including coordination of database and punch list with planning engineer base on the actual schedule/status at site.
o Supervision and execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities as per plan and schedule including assistance during performance test run execution & start-up of the facilities.
o Assist the vendor & client in testing & commissioning of Switchgears (HV/MV/LV).
o Allocation of workers about their daily tasks and ensuring they are safe before & after the activities by implementing the safety rules & regulation on site. Initiating corrective actions and ensuring their proper implementation.
o Guiding the technician on how to perform the testing on site and operate the test equipment together with the QC inspector while discussing the proper procedure base on the method statement with the application of BS/IEC/IEEE/NEC/ANSI standard & project specifications.
o Equipment testing, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning including start-up of Power & Distribution transformer, Current transformer, Voltage transformer, Vacuum Circuit Breaker, Air Circuit Breaker, ABB/ALSTOM/AREVA/GE/SIEMENS/SCHNEIDER Switchgears (SF6/GIS-HVSG/MVSG & LVSG), Motors (MV/LV) & Generators, Motor Control Center (MCC), HVAC & AHU, UPS & Battery System (charging & discharging test) and Oil filtration of the transformer before commissioning. Solo & Load run test of motors, Protection relays, Functional testing of switchgears, testing of modules & settings of protection parameters including insum communication check, synchronizing of generators and Cathodic Protections. Cable testing of high and low voltage cables (electrical/instrument/telecom/heat tracing) including AC/DC hipot, wiring check of the switchgears, Current & voltage measurements display and simulation, checking & testing of signal status in DCS / ELICS / ENMC, Pre-mechanical completion of switchgears, isolation & de-isolation or Lock-out/Tag-out (LOTO) and PTW/PTSW procedures. Preparation of site acceptance test reports (SAT) base on the approved method statement procedures and Inspection Test Plan (ITP) including documentary of report for future reference.

o Testing and Commissioning of various equipments such as power and distribution transformer, Current and Voltage transformer, high/medium/low voltage switchgear (230kV/138kV/69kV/34.5kV/13.8kV/6.9kV/4.16kV/0.480kV/0.240kV), circuit breakers (ACB, OCB, VCB, SF6/GIS), Power Cables (MV, HV) and protection relays.
o Specialized and capabilities in predictive and preventive maintenance of commercial bldg., high rise bldg., industrial plant, power substation (indoor and outdoor) and power plant.
o In predictive maintenance, conducting a "Infrared Thermal Scanning” (Thermography/IR) in Transmission Line, Switchyard, Substation indoor/outdoor, Power & Distribution Transformers, Current & voltage transformer, Switchgears (HV/MV/LV), Distribution & MCC Panels and Motors. In addition “Ultrasonic Detection Test” (UDT/SDT). Mechanical Inspection - bearing faults (all speeds), lack of lubrication, prevent over lubrication, compressors, pumps (cavitations), motors, gears/gear boxes, hydraulic systems, fans, couplings, trending reports and spectral analysis. Electrical inspection - (All voltages, open access or enclosed) Arcing, tracking, corona, partial discharge, switchgears, transformers, arresters, insulators, motor control center, distribution panels, bus bars, breakers/disconnect and transmission lines. Leak detection - pressure or vacuum system, seals & gaskets, wind noise, hatch leaks, vacuum bagging, compressed air, compressors, valves, steam traps, heat exchangers, boilers, condenser, building envelope, glove box and distillation columns."
o Implementing a preventive maintenance to correct and change some defective parts or equipments due to different kinds of testing that is perform and make a comprehensive report regarding the test results to evaluate if the equipment is still good and can operate the plant with normal condition. This maintenance was being done base on the plant shutdown schedule (annually or semi-annual) with regards to the predictive maintenance reports which submitted to client and after correction/preventive maintenance there will be another schedule of predictive maintenance to ensure those equipments that are being repaired/corrected was properly maintained base on the relevant comments report previously.
o At the same time, I also endorse our company as distributor of different brands of Electrical Testing Equipments in all types of electrical applications / systems from HV to LV such as, transformer, switchgears, circuits breakers, motors, MCC, transmission line, distribution boards.
o Any client’s who purchase our electrical test equipments. I conducted on job training of the electrical test equipment with client including actual demonstration with regarding the performance, advantages and its individual application especially for non-contact and contact units. We assess the technician’s who attended the trainings and certified them as competent end user of the said electrical test equipments which they purchased.
o I was “ON CALL” duty for testing services in case of emergency in predictive/preventive maintenance of electrical system likes: Switchgears (HV, MV, LV), Motors (AC/DC), Distribution panel boards, MCC, transmission line by using thermal imaging camera (IR) and ultrasonic detection test.
