• Direct and uplift Sales for Key Accounts, E-commerce & HORECA, respectively. Contrary overlooking and studying sales (off-takes) and other parameters for Co-operatives.
• Prompt detailed execution using Integrated Business Planning methods (Sales & Operations).
• Give rise to new sales leads, negotiate client and customer contracts and master effective ways for perfect key innovation launches.
• Evaluate and conduct thorough analysis of current Sales & Marketing performances and identify ways an organization can expand and grow to maximize profits.
• Amplifying; Category assortment, End Customer coverage, Product Penetration & Marketing scheme in priority channels.
• Research and pursue potential leads, and put into effect thorough sales cycle for conversion.
• Directing new initiatives to Train and educate staff.
• Lead Monthly & Quarterly, Sales & Marketing Review, in lieu to Company Objectives.
• Jointly collate with the Marketing and Commercial team to optimize delegated strategies, budgets and investments; and being accountable for measures driven.
• Brands to toil - Rani Refreshments, Koita Organic Milk, Hunter Foods, Nairns Oat Biscuits, Nai Tea, Palm Dream, Lizi's Granola, Society Tea, Cornitos, Impact Mints, Gitz etc.
