a) To prepare full resource and cost loaded baseline programs, recovery programs and other micro level programs as needed
b) To monitor and control progress of works by periodically updating the program and notifying any delays and deviations from the critical path.
c) To prepare and submit weekly & monthly progress reports to clients.

Job Profile:
To prepare resource loaded & cost loaded programs for planning and monitoring
To prepare and monitor resource histograms, engineering logs, risk register, schedule & cost curves.
To prepared and present earned value reports on a periodic basis for both client and internal Management.
To submit daily, weekly & monthly progress reports to clients
To head weekly progress meeting with clients and subcontractors.
To prepare revenue plan and perform profitability analysis (CO-PA) in SAP.
Performed BIM Implementation to our clients at RMZ Ecoworld (Bangalore) on their project.
• Generated BIM Models (3D) in Revit from CAD drawings and used the same to generate 4D simulations using Navisworks as per the project schedule.
• Presented the simulations every month to Regional Manager of CCCL (Client) at monthly review meetings
