* Admin tasks have included:
- Preparation of daily employee trackers, weekly Depot highlights, maintenance of documentation (memos, inventory, lesson plans, etc.) on the Raytheon Technologies Rshare data base.
- Raytheon facility access (Restricted Party Screening for visitors and vendors including coordination between these and the specific Raytheon customer in office, badge issuance, office security)
* Arabic linguist tasks have included:
- Translation of official documents between Arabic and English to ensure seamless communication between Raytheon Technologies and Qatari Government Authorities, in addition to reaching out in person to the Qatari customer to support current Raytheon mission, potential new contracts, etc.
* Procurement tasks have included:
- Receiving requests from end-users within the company for certain products, preparing procurement request forms (PRs) to initiate purchasing process, reaching out to vendors/suppliers to ensure the quick supply of needed products to guarantee mission support.

• Responsible for the translation of basic & applied intelligence courses
• Responsible for Arabic interpreting of basic intelligence courses in
classroom setting
• Responsible for the translation of status reports, military asset manuals
for Qatari customer

I taught Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) to European employees at the Aspire Zone Academy in Doha, Qatar. These classes included:
- Writing, reading, pronunciation, and listening comprehension.
- Teaching materials: Al-Arabiyah bayna Yadaik, text book, workbook, CD

* Periodic review of Embassy of Ecuador Facebook page and website to ensure the latest information, news and services were available to Ecuadorian citizens residing in the region.
* Administrative support to ambassador and consul including redaction of letters, translation ofdocumentation, translation of announcements and memos from Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
* Linguistic and administrative support to visiting Ecuadorian presidential delegation.
