- Budget preparation including cap-ex investment for new rental fleet, staffing and re-location.
- Created a sales process focusing on targeted clients through interrogating pre-qualified market intelligence and built a team capable of attacking the market to maximize utilization & profitability.
- Applied a structured maintenance programme to re-energise tired, poorly maintained fleet alongside a considered disposal plan. This has delivered a significant upturn in revenues & utilization.
- Implementing group ISO 9001:2008 procedures in preparation for accreditation in 2018.
- Debt collection improvement from average 140 days (2015) to 65 days (2017 ytd) during the first year.
- Re-aligned the logistics procedure for import/export Qatar/KSA/UAE to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Working closely with RSS support functions to deliver exceptional all-round performance.
