- Assist in controlling the works of subcontractors to ensure compliance to project specifications.
- Ensure effective readiness at site to support successful inspection
- Produce and submit daily progress reports and highlight any risk as appropriate.
- Conducts Quality tool box for continues improvement on workmanship
- Undertake other duties as prioritized and assigned by the General Quality Assurance Manager

- Review of Inspection and Test Plan (ITP)
- Review test results obtain from third party laboratory for preparation of Comment response Sheet (CRS) prior to final approval of material.
- Assist the Senior Material Engineer and Material Engineer for reviewing material approval request and inspection.
- Issues corrective action Report, Non - Conformance Report and surveillance report to the contractor
- Attends ANAS site and plant audits inspection.
- Keeping a detailed and neat diary of all major activities and all important observations on site.
- Ensure all materials are inspected and tested to the required frequencies by QCS and IAN.
- Attend site inspection on Road works and Structural works.

- Supervise and coordinate the work of sub-contractor if it is done as per approved drawings and specification.
- Supervising and direct inspection of all details structural works which includes reinforcement installation checking, survey verification (setting-out, leveling and verticality) and
formwork /concreting works prior to checking of Consultant Engineer.
- To insure the availability of updated approved shop drawings, structural and architectural drawings.
- Review the approved Shop Drawings and coordinate with the sub-contractor for every drawing revision for implementation.
- Hold project meeting with sub-contractor and other trade in order to meet the said scheduled and to avoid any delay of work.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports to the construction manager.
- Submit one week look ahead concrete forecast to the construction manager
- Supervision on laying of granite marble for finishing works.
- Check all precast materials delivered at site in compliance with the approved material submittals and project specification, prior to installation.

- Pre-checking of work done by subcontractor with direct coordination of the corresponding consultant engineers prior for inspection and approval.
- Prepare look ahead schedule and actual site progress with direct submission to construction manager and site project manager.
- Monitor and supervision of architectural works which includes wall cladding external/internal (steel fixation, accessories, stone), drywall partitions (installation and setting-out).
