• Handles job position as the Operations and Maintenance Head for Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plant and Wastewater Treatment Plant in a dairy products manufacturing company.
• Participates in the management's annual budgeting for the CAPEX and OPEX.

• Maintains daily records and prepares a variety of reports as required pertaining to plant operations and chemical usage.
• Reviews plans and specifications for new plant projects and provides technical information and serves as liaison to regulatory agencies, engineers, and contractors.
• Performs operational process analysis and standardization, specification, and other related information.
• Conduct Time and Motion Studies (TMS) for new projects, validates and enhanced existing Time Motion Study ensuring that these are within the range of set allowances.
• Designs continuous improvement processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Establishes work measurement programs to develop standards for labor and materials utilization.
• Monitors facility activities to ensure all processes comply with the air, noise, and water quality standards.
• Analyses periodic facilities performance to determine problem areas and opportunities for improvement.
• Manages the company’s waste management programs and supervised the operation of the company’s Material Recovery Facility which includes water transfer, storage, disposal, and treatment.
• Facilitates the preparation of reports in compliance with government requirements.
• Conducts safety and health briefings or toolbox meetings to all subordinates on a daily basis.
• Engage in sales and marketing of water treatment equipment i.e. MBR wastewater treatment technology parts and accessories, residential water filtration equipment, AC/DC hybrid solar water pumps (surface pumps, swimming pool pumps, and submersible pumps), swimming pool water filtration equipment and accessories, automatic scale remover device (SRD) for cooling towers, and air foil bearing technology turbo blowers.
• Specializes in the consultancy of water treatment construction, operations, and maintenance, energy and water efficiency evaluation, water asset management, water reliability studies, and other water treatment systems.
• Offer consultancy services related to water systems engineering comprises the design and engineering of water treatment plants, waterways, water irrigation lines, and water distribution mains of all sizes.
• Offers design and build projects for water treatment plant facility e.g., reverse osmosis water treatment plant, desalination water treatment plant, minimal water treatment plant, ultra and nano filtration water treatment, and wastewater treatment plant.
• Offers watermain design and construction of water distribution lines in residential and community projects.
• Offers Water Treatment Plant design and construction of drinking water treatment facilities and wastewater treatment plant facilities.
• Offers water filtration improvements on an existing facility to develop a long-term water supply system plan and integrate the overall site layout, building facilities, and various equipment components into the final design and operating water filtration facility.
• Offers design and build of water booster stations to improve the current and future capacity of the station, as well as identify alternatives for system operation to mitigate excessive pump cycling and pressure surges.
• Offers design and construction of water storage tanks with appropriate sizing, elevation, and location relative to water supply based on the population demand.
• Offers services in water system reliability studies and associated maps in source water protection systems and security planning that would be useful for our client’s long-term planning and budgeting.
• Offers sign and seal of plumbing plans and plumbing building permit.
• Offers consultancy services related to DENR permit applications and renewal in relation to Pollution Control e.g. Self-Monitoring Reports, Compliance Monitoring Reports, Waste Water Discharge Permit, Environmental Impact Assessment, Pollution Control Accreditation, Environmental Compliance Certificate, Certificate of Non-Coverage, Hazardous Waste ID, Permit to Operate, HACCP for Water Refilling and Food Manufacturer, Engineering Reports, and Chemical Control Order.
