Supporting Key Deliverables within the Q5 delivery contract my expertise as an SME Telecommunications, has evolved into a key contact point for the team for Power, Networking, Air filtration systems and interface with local suppliers from concept to delivery of technically sensitive solutions.
• SME telecommunications, Data Centre Power and connectivity provided solutions to current build and expansion program for ongoing project in the Kingdom for the Royal court.
• Overseeing technical aspects of Tele communications network, data and Power relationship required for the delivery of a standalone resilient network.
• Managing effective business relationships with a wide stakeholder group including senior officers from the Saudi Arabian National Guard (SANG) and the Ministry of Defense (MOD UK), together with suppliers and sub-contractors at Senior and Executive level.
• Responsibilities included the support of effective management and control of IPND Technical Transfers to meet GPT contractual obligations.
• Within the primary objectives and functions, the following tasks are within the scope of the role: Transition management; Business Delivery, Relationship & Stakeholder Management and Empowered to commit the company within appropriate delegated financial limits.

• Project Roll Out Manager for Smart City Development for the Al Widyan City Project, Riyadh, KSA providing the Real estate developer with their digital strategy, digital services strategy, and business cases for these services
RESPONSIBILITIES
• This role is from inception to delivery of future proofing smart city development encompassing a wide range of Digital, Telecommunication and Electronic marketing systems.
• Ensuring FTTH, FTTP, fiber infrastructure delivery and passive delivery is met within budget and KPI/SLA targets
• Managing delivery and expectation of different vendors through high volume rollout at a highly technical proficiency. Ensuring that the project is on track for project delivery dates and goals. Managing expectations of stake holders’ customers and suppliers with weekly high-level meetings for project tracking.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Technical feasibility, performing Internal Capacity audits of sales orders.
• Raising budget and procuring equipment from Vendors such as Juniper and Ciena via Salesforce.
• Raising field tasks and asset moves for deployment against KPI’s.
• Audits for site exits/migrations and capacity release. Updating network records and Inventory databases using Metasolv M6.
• Raising Internal Service Orders to expand IP Network capacity/speeds.
Nationwide rollout of the Emergency Services Radio Backhaul Network across the UK, UK Home Office
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Dealing directly with the vendors, client and suppliers on daily basis to guarantee smooth operations and ensure
project success.
• Coordinating payments and controlling purchase order of site delivery and Acquisition, Design, Build & Construction.

Transmission Planning Engineer, Super User interface-Vodafone
Effectively defined standards for external and internal procedures for transmission systems and network planning
based on requirements of the clients.
• Appropriately managed internal and external interfaces for project coordination and gave detailed workflow of the
process, including every input/output analysis template.
• Managed and reviewed the results of all defined optical (SDH/Fiber/DWDM) (Huawei 6800, 8800) planning and
transmission procedures to OTU2. Regularly shared this information of all optical and fibre planning process with
other colleagues.
• Keenly Investigated, identified and addressed problems reported by clients to a closure and cleansing of
documentation errors using Cramer 6 and Cramer 8.
• Successfully developed and updated network drawing using AUTOCAD, and updated clients on workflow and project
management tools including PPLUS, Gassman Tool, and ArcGIS
• Management and training of offshore located staff based in Romania
Successfully planned and implemented LTE 2G IP, 3G & 4G circuits through Huawei CX600.
• Effectively Mapped of VLAN and performed BT provisioning between Ericsson (Cx600) and BT TELLABS (8660) at
SNEID/Card/Port/VLAN level and connectivity
• Appropriately planned and designed 2G re-parenting program through DWDM MV38 and Circuit Manager Tool such
as Isis and Nemesis.
• Active as the senior Cramer database support and senior point of knowledge
Successfully planned and implemented circuit routing in Cramer for Huawei Swap project using Resource Manager
(Amdocs) between different network elements (RAN, SDH, IP network elements).
• Effectively optimised the application of existing SDH network capacity, updated network documentation and
ensured that all the agreed processes and procedures are followed.
• SWAP Rollout Design of SDH network across entirety of Switzerland.
• Management of SWAP schedule for Base Station programme of works.
Became the Cramer Technical training leader for Ericsson India, a programme that included training of sixty onsite
Engineers based in Bangalore India.
• Successfully designed and delivered Circuiting for the Huawei NSN 2G BTS refresh project for the entire T-Mobile UK
based network.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Successfully planned and configured TRX Expansions and decommissioning, and IUB Expansions. Configured
3G/UMTS and consolidated T-Mobile Network and H3G networks into a single network using Circuit Manager for T-
mobile and Cramer for H3G.
• Expanded ATM/IMA using multiple OLO networks using CLI manager, 2Mbit trunk, 3G RAN, and 64Kbit timeslot
allocation.
• Regularly provisioned for various types of equipment; NEC/Nokia, Ericsson, and Nortel 2G sites, and performed
expansions as well as planning using IQ Link planner upon request.
Participated in the implementation of the NSRU test network to enable remote testing of DACCS systems throughout
Europe. Was involved in circuit design that was necessary for 2Mb to 10Gig across SDH and Ethernet network
spanning in different vendor equipment utilising F&E.
• Created a test network for later implementation using GUI.
Effectively designed and delivered Telecom products and technologies such as PDH, SDH Frame, Fibre, Leased Lines,
Switched Ethernet and Cisco MPLS.
• Responsible for overseeing the Thus, Park Royal Switch/Data Centre.
• Delivered connection within SLA using Nokia NMS and MV36, and budgeted with accurate and timely completion of
Network Design.
• Ensured that there was consistent delivery of products and services to clients and produced accurate customer
records within Cramer 5.
• Managed the installation teams as well as the sites including connections using Cisco 2600 and 3600 series router.

Facilitated the migration of the entire database of circuits to the new F&E system of all circuits in the UK and abroad,
and uploaded all the information into a newly designed database in Houston Texas.
• Regularly redesigned circuits to meet the required standards to meet the project requirements.
Assisted in the setting up of the EMOS network and final testing before handing over all the circuits contained within
the project.
