Accountable for leading the HSE Safety Management System for the operations and maintenance of the project

Develop and implement a detailed Safety Management System across the entire project
Liaise with the University to ensure campus and project safety for all contractors, employees, students and community on site.
Prepare and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements for the project.
Control and improve the Permit to Work (PTW) process for the project.
Ensure Emergency Preparedness Plan interlinks with the Universities plan.
