- Makes and prepares technical documentations of the project.
- Coordinates with the concerned disciplines and provides assistance in supplementing documents in acquiring RFI’s, technical queries, marking drawings, BOQ’s & project specifications.
- Conducts technical data assessment, making sure that the project implementation is in conformance with the approved plans/standard drawings and proper construction protocols.
- Prepare & monitor materials approval including plan revisions and disseminates information to all concerned for proper implementation at site.
- Responsible for all materials, miscellaneous & glass order in compliance to the contract specifications.
- Prepare Material System Submittal in coordination with the System Developer & Extruded Companies
- Research and Prepares Internal Technical Memo to improve quality of work.
- Continuously learn and inquire about new systems to improve personal efficiency hence the company’s standards.
- Design and Implement Workflow improvements.
- Revert to the Technical Manager on all complicated issues.
- Propose new ways to issue and purchase materials lists.
- Propose new methods to review project pricing with initial budgets proposed.
- Coordination with procurement team for processing and development
- Give full assistance to the Technical & Project Managers.
- Communicate assignments, milestones, and deadlines to the team and individuals based on Manager & Section Head’s instructions.
- Responsible for any jobs assigned to each member of the design team.
- Responsible for any revision made on the shop drawings & fabrication drawings as per addendum in Tender Documents.

- Prepare Shop drawings & Details for Curtain Walls, Structural Glazing, Aluminum Composite Cladding, Bullet Proof Doors & Windows(sliding & Hinged type), Normal type of Sliding &Operable Windows, Doors with panic device, Motorized sliding Doors(using DORMA system), Alum Balustrade, Louver type windows & Doors, Windows with Rolling Shutters, Skylights and Sky dome using Technal, Profils, Alupco, Gulf Extrusion & Schuco system.
- Manage site installation progress and the preparation of proper method statements for execution.
- Follow up all technical issues of the project.
- Make sure that the site progress is in compliance with the schedule of execution.
- Ensure the Client is satisfied in terms of quality and timely execution.
- Maximize the profit of the company by abiding the relevant budget and trying to improve on it.
