• Leading the EHS team to implement and monitor the HSE management system to ensure compliance with EHS standards and governmental HSE regulations and to assure continual improvement.
• Ensure a safe environment for the manufacture of the highest quality products and convey that HSE shared objectives to all plant’s staff and ensure its adaptation and achievement in all workplaces at all times.
• Ensure implementation of environmental protection of water resulting from manufacturing and emissions from the various production and plants and solid waste and solid and is committed to the implementation of all legal requirements and environmental legislation, local and international specifications such as ISO and other operations process pollution systems.
• Ensure selecting the appropriate technical sources for supplying safety equipment and means of environmental protection and fire extinguishing tools and others through close cooperation with the relevant departments (Supply Chain).
• Ensure the investigation of injury/illness and non-injury incidents to recommend improvements to prevent reoccurrence and promote hazard and near misses reporting. Interface as necessary to report outcomes of incident investigations and other HSE-related issues.
• Provide the HSE technical information for new lines installation, construction, and projects.
• Develop, implement, and maintain all written EH&S programs and policies in accordance with Government and/or corporate standards and in compliance with applicable laws.
• Maintain the firefighting system in the operational condition through inspection, testing, and supervision of preventive maintenance according to Civil defense and FM Global requirements.

• Monitor all environmental performance including; Wastewater treatment plant, waste management, spill prevention, air emissions, and noise prevention.
• Ensure proper implementation of the company HSE systems including OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, across all plant departments.
• Ensure contractors and subcontractors have implemented an effective safety process by conducting pre-qualifications and by visiting/auditing job sites on a regular basis
• Ensure that specific risk assessments are performed to minimize accident risks and prevent asset losses. In addition, provide quick and cost-efficient controls.
• In line with operations strategies and local requirements, ensure environmental and safety awareness throughout the organization and conducting required training and coaching.

• Execute EHS yearly financial OPEX and CAPEX AOP across plant by quarterly tracking, reporting spending and planning for the required budget.
• Develop, implement, and maintain all written EH&S programs and policies in accordance with Government and/or corporate standards and in compliance with applicable laws.
• Maintain the firefighting system in the operational condition through inspection, testing and supervision of preventive maintenance according to Civil defense and FM Global requirements.
Auditing the EHS compliance agenda of Saudi Arabia and Egypt BU across all the organization including plants, DCs, Fleet vehicles, 2 agro Farms and Workshops to PepsiCo EHS Standards, local H&S Regulations and the international standards of OHSAS1.
•Conduct audit plans in a timely manner and ensure that all identified systems/standards compliance gaps are closed and risks are fully mitigated.
•Communicate timely audit reports to the EHS Compliance Manager.
•Follow up on the completion of corrective action plans for each audited function/site against the audit reports through a tracking system to ensure adherence to plans timelines.
•Fully utilize PepsiCo EHS Diagnostic and audit tools to ensure Egypt`s full compliance with the corporate EHS global metrics and audit methodologies.
•Communicate EHS best practices identified through audits functionally and cross functionally
•Conduct risk assessment for all the activities in the DC including forklift activities, loading and unloading trucks …etc.
•Conduct risk assessment for all the sales trucks per route.
•Develops Standard Operating Procedures & Safe Working Practices in light of the company ERP system.
•Conduct monthly safety meetings with the DC management team to discuss pending issues and follow up on closure of all actions Implement schedule for site planned general inspection.
•Identify all the required legal EHS requirements and follow up on adherence.
•Ensure that all incidents and injuries are reported and lead the investigation in these accidents.
•Prepare training need analysis for all DCs employee and creating training plan according to the needs and deliver the material.
•Prepare DC's personal protective equipment matrix and ensure its availability
•Develop emergency response plan and coordinates effective test drills.
•Participate in periodic self-assessment of ERP system implementation.
•Ensure all firefighting systems are maintained properly & ready for emergencies.
•Prepare annual budget for safety projects as per the risk assessment.
•Follow up on implementation of safety projects in site.
Conduct risk assessment for all the activities in Head Office.
•Conduct EHS Orientation and Training for Head Office employees.
•Ensure that all incidents and injuries are reported and lead the investigation in these accidents.
•Ensure all firefighting systems are maintained properly & ready for emergencies Implement work permit system.
•Implement preventive maintenance and inspection for all the related H&S equipment and firefighting system.

• Prepare and Conduct EHS Monthly reports to the sector.
• Prepare and Conduct Safety Driving performance Monthly reports.
• Develop and manage the Implementation of H&S Document Control SOPs In compliance with OHSAS 18001 & PepsiCo Standards.
• Control and follow-up on the Safety budget with team and Finance Department.
• Monthly gathering data including incidents, training hours, targets and performance and preparing monthly report to EHS senior management team
Provide administrative support by archiving correspondence, conducting research, handling information requests, and performing logistical functions.
•Handle all the company financial treatments with banks and suppliers such as wire transfers follow up on the checks payment.
•Maintain and update filing system and database, either manually or using specialized filing software and Translate documents from Arabic to English.
• Teach computer science (all Microsoft applications, 3D.MAX, photo shop, CorelDraw, Flash, IT software & hard ware, Front page and Visual Basic).
• Prepare educational materials for the Academy such as reports, presentation and publications and prepare the final exams.
• Provide the required administrative support during examination period
