▪ Provide prompt support to project management and contracting teams with all aspects of costing, cost control and reporting.
▪ Manage and maintain accessible registers such as invoice, claims and contracts register as well as dashboards.
▪ Review cost commitment and expenditure information, for inputs to the cost reporting system on weekly basis.
▪ Setup and maintain tracking reports for submittal of interim payment certificate and Invoice payments.
▪ Monitor Change Order requests and/or potential variations that impact project costs and forecasts and maintain appropriate register.
▪ Responsible for the collection of all cost data and timely preparation of detailed weekly Procurement and Contracts report including financial summary, contracts status and close-out of projects.
▪ Provide and manage cost control by recording project costs under Project Controls supervisor direction.
▪ Participate with the project controls team in the preparation of weekly report including commercial/contracts management section of monthly progress report to client.
▪ Provide project management support in the development of cost breakdown structures, work breakdown structures and documenting cost.
▪ Assist the cost team in setting up internal and external cost reporting, forecasting and change management system.
▪ Performs any other duties as directed by Management.

Experience in Cost Planning and Control, Estimating, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial and Reporting in both Client and Contractor Organizations.

▪ Implement, manage, and maintain cost control system and procedures to track project budgets, commitments, expenditures, accruals, and forecasts for projects value.
▪ Establish job-specific code of accounts, in accordance with the project WBS, forming the basis for detailed level cost control and reporting.
▪ Work with Project Manager & Planning Engineers to develop a detailed budget for labor, staff & equipment according to project work breakdown structure.
▪ Monitor, manage and control expenditure involved in carrying out various tasks during project execution.
▪ Evaluate manpower, labor hour, and labor cost requirement against budget limitations.
▪ Analyze and report manpower productivity, trends and ensure accurate record and entry of data into main data base of historical unit costs and productivity rates.
▪ Provide forecast completion costs based on trends including labor rate analysis, commitments, schedule impacts, productivity measurement and earned value.
▪ Identify potential cost saving and flag potential risks of budget overruns.
▪ Advice management regarding forecasted costs overruns of approved budgets and recommends corrective actions.
▪ Maintain comprehensive accessible register of financial approvals, variations and change orders.
▪ Prepare regular cost reports and provide regular updates on financial position.
▪ Reconcile data to support complete accuracy and creates a clean audit trail.
▪ Perform all related duties assigned by the Cost Control Manager.

Saudi ARAMCO, Uthmaniyah Water Injection Pump Services,
Haradh Gas and Oil Separation Plant Project
▪ Prepare quantity take-off and provide cost estimates for additional works, variation
proposal and cost planning purposes.
▪ Validate subcontractor interim payment applications of the work in progress and materials
on site.
▪ Prepare and analyze cost comparison.
▪ Provide reports on value of completed work and subcontractor claims.
▪ Prepare and price change orders and negotiate with the client as necessary.
▪ Assist in preparation of progress claim of the project.
▪ Undertake joint measurement with the client for interim payments.
▪ Assist in the preparation of tender and contract documents.
▪ Perform all related duties assigned by the Contract Administrator.

▪ Prepare and review bill of quantities, rate analysis, and other commercial activities for the project.
▪ Manage all costs related to project from the initial calculations to the final figures.
▪ Maintain logs of all payments to monitor payment of subcontractors and suppliers.
▪ Update monthly project cash flow requirements, records of committed costs, anticipated costs and estimate cost to complete.
▪ Review all data related to accruals, invoice payments, purchase orders and other financial data.
▪ Identify variances, cost implications and proposed measures to mitigate the identified variances.
▪ Responsible for measuring quantities and take off.
▪ Prepare variation orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and payments.
▪ Assist in the preparation of EOT and other claims to the client.
▪ Perform all related duties assigned by the Contract Administrator.
