Review Specifications; Approved Materials and Drawings;
Verify that the materials delivered on site are in the conditions required by the project;
Prepare Method Statements for works that will be conducted on site;
Ensure that all work conducted on site are within the parameters set in the Method Statements, Project Specifications, Approved Drawings, known Standards and Documented Instructions;
Supervise the conduct of tests on the materials used in the project (i.e. concrete, piles, masonry blocks, waterproofing, plaster… etc.);
Coordinate with Project Engineers and Construction Manager for works in their daily/weekly/bi-weekly/monthly programs with particular regard to sequence of work, quality and documentation requirements;
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers in relation to Subcontractor/Supplier/Material Approvals;
Prepare documentary requirements for the conduct of Consultant Inspections (Inspection Requests and Material Verification Records);
Liaise with the Consultant and assist in the conduct of Consultant Inspections;
Take over lead role in the closeout of Non-Conformance and Site Observation Reports; and snagging and de-snagging activities;
Initiate Internal Non-Conformance and Site Observation Reports;
Advise in the use of materials, operations and documentary procedures;
Serve as the primary repository of all rejected/approved and pending documents, and logs on-site for Quality Assurance Purposes (i.e. Audits, Project Closeout…);
Created and maintains Document Database in MS Access
Coordinate with Document Controllers to expedite the flow of documents;
Prepare drawings for imminent works that require clarification;
Prepare estimates for materials in parallel with Project Engineers and Quantity Surveyors for inter-department verification;
Prepare Weekly Reports on Quality; and
Execute other services required by the Project Manager (On-site) and Quality Manager (Head Office).
Review plans and prepare work schedule;
Monitor and supervise site work;
Ensure that all construction phases accurately interpret the design, and promptly resolve any design, constructability or quality issues;
Prepare as-built drawings for integration to the Building Operations Manual;
Evaluate interim quantities in coordination with the Client;
Prepare and update Bill-of-Quantities (BOQ) recapitulations and evaluate the final estimated contract amount;
Evaluate unit rates for new items of work;
Take-off from as-built drawings and calculate incremental (final) quantities;
Assist the site management in preparation of change orders and evaluation of financial claims and contracts;
Assist project management by monitoring and updated project monthly status;
Monitor and update the detailed implementation program of the project;
Coordinate with partners, representatives, designer, and consultant with respect to actual work implementation;
Prepare daily report;
Attend weekly progress and coordination meetings; and
Undertake all work assigned by the Construction Site Manager.
Monitor and supervise all site work related to structural works;
Monitor and ensure that all construction phases accurately interpret the design documents and specifications;
Prepare as-built drawings for integration to the Building Operations Manual;
Monitor and ensured that construction used the current revision of design documents;
Monitor and recommend, if needed, project standards and procedures;
Monitor quality control results and initiated corrective actions when required;
Prepare Requests for Inspection (RFI) in every work item to be submitted to the assigned QA/QC;

Maintain project safety awareness and enforce company safety policy.

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) is a five-year degree, that deals with the design, construction, and maintenance of horizontal and vertical structures with environmental and safety concerns. The program aims to produce graduates with total quality education in the planning, design and construction of civil engineering projects with social and economic significance to modernization. Students are expected to pass a licensure examination subsequent to graduation from the said degree.
