• Owns the project (current events, contractual obligations, customer needs)

• Exhibits strong leadership skills and able to work under stress or tight deadlines
• Ensure that PPM checklist, Assets capturing, monthly reports, purchase request are being done by CMMS on time.
• Develops long term strategic relationship with Client and industry Leaders.
• Administer the entire property & building facilities of the Client, ensure the efficient building operation & maintenance, handling in-house projects, achieve the immediate response from residents for maintenance request, ensure the adherence of safety working environment, contribute ideas for improvement, motivate staff for job quality & productivity, control capital maintenance funding, initiates cost reduction and energy savings, conduct in-house staff briefing everyday
• Responsible for safe and efficient Operation and Maintenance of the Hotel property and Equipment. Control capital project funding; contribute to the Hotel’s profitability by ensuring the effective implementation of Energy Conservation System. Contribute to high standard of Quality Control by participating Hotel’s Quality Assurance Program. Contribute to the effectiveness of Management decision making by ensuring regular liaison with heads of the departments and by representation at all executive and staff meetings.
• Ensure Cost effectiveness and Technical efficiency of entire Engineering services, effective operation of all Mechanical and Electrical system & equipment. Ensure awareness of Energy and resources management to reduce cost, motivate staff to develop performance and productivity. Contribute guest satisfaction standard repairs and maintenance. Provide Engineering operations environmental health, safety & security. Liaise with outsource contractors for upgrading project, adhere the statutory regulations and fire codes, test and inspections of plant and equipment required by local authorities
• Ensure the effectiveness of periodic maintenance for generator (1750KW-Caterpillar), chiller, cooling tower, fire sprinkler, elevator, carpentry, plumbing, sewage & sump pump, high / low voltage switch gear (3000KVA). Contribute standard technical support service maintenance.
Ensure the cost effectiveness and technical efficiency performed by contractors in accordance with contracts, leases, service agreement & warranty
• Provide service & repair of refrigerating chiller (Carrier, York, Trane, and Mc-Quay), split unit, package unit. Establish operation and maintenance of waste and water treatment plant; Installation of air-conditioning equipment. Compute and estimates bill of materials; Prepare accomplishment report per project site maintenance
• Organize standard operating procedure for refrigeration chiller and air-conditioning equipment. Prepares purchase request for spare parts, refrigerant & lubricating oil; Research and development for engineering service quality to improve effective maintenance and operational efficiency. Troubleshoot and repair.
• Hands-on repair of industrial facilities, water pump, air compressor, carpentry, elevator, fire alarm and extinguisher, troubleshooting of electrical control & power supply. Ensure daily operation and maintenance for both mechanical & electrical.
