• Source candidates by using databases, social media, and other hiring channels.
• Attract & headhunt talented calibers in different types (White Collars & Blue Collars).

5. Accurately inform the candidates with the job offer, and confirm their acknowledgment.
6. Document interview results (accepted/rejected/waiting, etc...) for future analysis, as well as all no-show reasons.
