SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
Mr. Claravall is an architect by profession and has advanced his career in Architecture and Interior Architecture Design, as well as Construction and Project Management. He has over 20 years solid design experience managing high profile, premiere and signature projects such as mixed-use design, medium and high rise office and residential projects, commercial, hospitality and urban planning projects of which deliverables extends from all design phases to construction, in both local and international architectural design firms.
Additionally, in October 2008 to August 2011, Mr. Claravall has elevated his expertise by working in a Project and Construction Management under KEO International Consultants as a Project Architect managing extensive design reviews for the Qatar National Convention Center in Education City, honing his skills in technical design management and review.
In August 2011 to present, he was assigned to KEO Design Division for the New Doha International Airport as a Project Architect in support of the Design Implementation and Construction Administration.
Lately, he was extensively involved in managing the CP-18 Main Terminal Building and all the Internal Concessionaire Fit-out for Life and Fire Safety approvals to the Qatar Civil Defense Department. This involves all the Support Building Facilities and Offices of the Airport.
Moreover, Mr. Claravall is a certified and licensed architect in the Philippines, and a Grade-A Architect in Qatar under the Urban Planning and Development Authority (UPDA) and Qatar Engineering Committee.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Project Architect, Oct 2008 - Present
As the Project Architect for KEO PM/CM Education City-Qatar National Convention Center Project, Mr Claravall is responsible for the design and technical review of all “Issued for Construction” Drawings (IFC) and design issues as well as technical submittals such as Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, Mockup submittals, RFIT’s and RFI’s issued by the Design and Build Contractor. Mr. Claravall is responsible in conducting site inspection and subsequently prepared an inspection report related to defects and site issues as well as providing sound technical advise and direction to the Client and the Design -Build Contractor to achieve a workable and quality design solution.
As the Project Architect for KEO Design Division in the New Doha International Airport, CP-65: Airline Operations Facility and CP-63: Airline Staff Access Facilities Project, he was responsible for the Design and Construction Support and Administration which requires extensive technical meetings and coordination with the Construction Project Manager (Overseas Bechtel Inc.) and the Contractor, liaise design and technical information and requirements with the Client (NDIA), attended and provided review and direction on Contractor’s Technical Issue, Request for Information, Field Change Request, Mock ups, shop drawings and material submittals.
