• Working together with the team - responsible in CAD drafting and or Revit modeling works of designer’s design ideas in preparation for Schematic to Tender submission.
• In-charge in doing shop/detailed drawing for joinery works and or built-in furnitures.
• Coordinating designed and detailed drawings, with other disciplines (Architecture, Structural, and MEP).
• Reviewing specification to match with the design drawings.
• Maintain and update drawings list & transmittal.
• Working as Architectural Designer / Coordinator & Draftsman in charge in all operations drawings such as site coordinate points & surveys.
• Also working as section administrator for snagging & de-snagging work flows.
• Responsible in coordinating updated IFC Drawings, Project Engineers Instructions and As-built Survey drawings with our approved shop drawings for site construction.
• In-charge as a drafting assistant on quick drafting for designing, rectifying drawings details and layouts though AutoCAD.
• Verifying and Coordinating drawings to other discipline most especially the existing site condition
• In-charge in all Architectural drawings.
• Prepare and draft design drawings, detail / shop drawings, and Taking responsibilities for Architectural and Co-ordination between other services such as Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical drafting.
• Prepare transmittals and documents of field change notice for any discrepancies between site works and designed drawings.
• Attend site meetings with the Client, and contractors for weekly / monthly progress report of the project.
• Site supervision and co-ordination between all contractors on site as well as consultants and inspector of the project.
• Conduct investigation, checking and inspecting site works to insure the Quality of works and services.
• Meet with the client and contractors for the clarification, rectification and approval of site works.
• Prepare, conceptualize and draft detailed requirements in Architectural drawings in accordance to zoning and building codes and even in internal policies rules and regulation of the location of the project.
• Researches plans and design to come up with signature designs and drawings.
• Administer construction contracts and conducts periodic on-site observation of work during construction in order to monitor compliance with the plans.
• Creates miniature or scale model for a certain project required by the owner
• Prepare and draft detailed drawing for all the requirements in Architectural and Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing system as based on the instruction of the supervisor.
• Prepare and draft detailed drawing for architectural such as:
Wall system detailed drawings, tags, and finishes.
Door and window details and tags.
Fire proofing system and layout drawings.
• Check and revised drawings to assure conformance of design modification and Drafting Standards of any Technical requirements of the client.
• Assumes responsibility together with the team to provide quality drawings and improve the methods which increase efficiency and accuracy.
