• Oversee quality inspection of large-format prints from production to dispatch, ensuring compliance with client specifications
and internal quality standards.

• Set and maintain high-quality standards for production processes and deliverables.
• Create accurate, consistent, and timely intermediate-level artwork using industry-standard tools and techniques.
• Complete tasks within workflow, budget, SOPs, company standards, and client brand guidelines.
• Update project tracking systems with status, time logs, and quality issues.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and suggest process improvements.
• Support profitability by ensuring final outputs align with client specifications.

INDUSTRY: BPO | Creative Design, Advertising
• Responsible for the monitoring, updating, and inspection/proofreading of jobs.
• Quality checking of a wide variety of advertisements to be published in different newspapers.
• Generate billing, status, and error report on a daily and weekly basis.
• Investigate quality feedback by providing further analysis in compliance with the quality checking guidelines.
• Comply with the client's instructions and requirements.
• Help the team to raise queries to the client whenever possible.

INDUSTRY: BPO | Publishing, Conversion
• Responsible for the execution of all quality-related actions of the projects and ensuring that they are performed properly
according to the pre-defined processes and project requirements.
• Conduct some discussions with the team for any issues found.
• Quality checking of XML tag structures/hierarchies, the correctness of texts & images being used in the XML file.
• Parsing the XML file for any overlooked error before sending. Run the XML file on a web browser to check if the overall
layout of the XML file has satisfactorily met the criteria for a webpage.
