• Review of Enquiry/ Tender documents including SOW, FEED, drawings and specifications and Conduct Proposal Kick off meeting internal/Client.
• Preparation of detailed techno commercial offer and addressing the technical queries/Clarifications from the Contractor/Client.
• Coordinating with various departments involved in preparation of List of Deliverables and manage the whole process of proposal preparation for timely completion .
• Preparation of Pre bid Engineering MTO, Method of Statement in line with contract requirement, specification, drawings & project scope
• Extracting sub-contractor scope and floating RFQ to subcontractors/Vendor.
• Evaluation and negotiation with Vendor/Subcontractor for getting competitive proposal.
• Conduct Risk assessment and evaluation of proposals and calculating the contingency for Project Proposals as per Tender Documents.
• Prepare bidding stage planning program in line with project requirement using PRIMAVERA P6/MS PROJECT.
• Preparation and review of Resource Histogram (manpower, equipment, subcontractors resources)
• Gathering market information and developing competitive proposal.
• Maintenance of Quality Management System of ISO-9001-2000 and requisite documentation for the same.
